Refund Policy

RETURNS POLICY

We highly value you as a customer and therefore hold ourselves to the highest of standards to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase as well as your experience shopping at indianfashionboutique.com. Unfortunatley, despite our best efforts, there are times when a customer may need to return or exchange a purchase.

If you are not completely satisfied with your garment, we offer a full refund less shipping. 

Below you will find the details for returns, exchanges and cancellations.

You can return or exchange your purchased product within 15 days from the day you received your order. 

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it including the outfits' tags.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • For exchanges or returns, you will need to kindly send an email to returns@indianfashionboutique.com within 24 hours of receiving the outfit. Please include your order number and reason for wanting to return. If the reason is due to incorrect sizing we will also need a photo of the item alongside a measuring tape showing size discrepancies (these are needed for our suppliers).
  • We cannot accept any requests if you have not contacted us within 48 hours

One of our staff members will contact you within 48 hours to process your request.

We do not offer a re-pick up service so returns will need to be sent to us via your own courier. 

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the status of your request.

Upon approval, we will refund/ provide credit to the same payment method used to purchase. Your refund will be processed by us within 2 business days. Please allow a few days for the funds to clear into your account.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at returns@indianfashionboutique.com.

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are the incorrect size, defective or damaged upon receiving the item. If you need to exchange, send us an email with the reason to returns@indianfashionboutique.com and courier your item to 21 Monchique, 27 Clifton Street, Johannesburg, GP, 2196, South Africa.

Cancellations

To cancel your order you will need to notify us within 12 hours of your order being placed. Your purchase will be fully refunded and a confirmation email sent to you. We can only cancel your order before being shipped.

Shipping

To return your product, you need to courier your product to 21 Monchique, 27 Clifton Street, Johannesburg, GP, 2196, South Africa.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a full refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Conditions for Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations

  • If the error is ours, for example receiving the wrong product, wrong size or the product is defective, we will gladly issue a full refund of your purchase.
  • If upon inspection, the item(s) are worn, used, altered, washed and not in their original condition we cannot honour a refund or exchange.
  • If you need to make a change to your order, for example, to change the size or colour please notify us via email at sales@indianfashionboutique.com within 12 hours to allow us to amend your order with our suppliers before shipping.


If you are shipping an item over R750, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
